1. Ensure that your AC-coupled battery or Hybrid inverter is connected to the internet. The first thing that a manufacturer will look at is whether the system is online. If not, they will ask for it to be connected online before doing anything else. 
2. Perform a power cycle. Switching your battery and solar systems off, waiting 5 minutes, and switching back on again can clear a lot of faults. 
3. Contact your original installer for advice. If the company that installed the system is still around, contacting them is a good place to start. They should know which exact products are installed at the least and may even be able to advise you on next steps. 
4. Contact Naked Solar. Fill out this form and we will get back to you with suggestions.  
5. Be patient! Some battery manufacturers such as LG Chem have only mainland Europe tech support and can take some time to reply to queries. 

If you have an app issue or online monitoring account problem, please contact the manufacturer directly: as installers we cannot change accounts or views within apps and have no bearing on manufacturers’ servers.

Please note: it is not uncommon for a server to be down for an hour or so, and so your first port of call will be to check the app again in an hour’s time.
