Battery systems are still a new technology and, as such, we are yet to come across many recurring issues. However, there are steps you can take to give yourself a head start before contacting us about battery issues. This applies to Tesla Powerwall, Solar Edge, GivEnergy, Pylon Tec, LG Chem, Fox ESS, Huawei and plenty of others.


If you have an app issue or online monitoring account problem, please contact the manufacturer directly: as installers we cannot change accounts or views within apps and have no bearing on manufacturers’ servers.
Please note: it is not uncommon for a server to be down for an hour or so, and so your first port of call will be to check the app again in an hour’s time.
